How do I use PLUGNCHARGE?

What are main components of the SET?

Each SET comes with 1 Loading Dock that holds 4 Stations mounting acrylic displays. (each Dock also has 4 additional USB Output ports to simultaneously charge other devices).

Can STATIONS be charged separately from the LOADING DOCK?

Yes. Each Station has its own mini USB port for separate charging.

What are the specifications of the LOADING DOCK?

The Loading Dock has 4 outlets with sufficient power (DC 5V 2.1mAh) to charge the 4 Stations plus 4 USB Output ports to charge other devices as well.

How long does it take to charge the SET with 4 STATIONS?

It takes 5-7 hours when the batteries are completely rundown.

How long does a STATION stay charged after charging?

Depending on the type of devices being charged, the Station can charge approximately 12 full cycles.

Where can I recognize the STATION'S charge level?

The charge of each Station can be read on its 3 round blue diodes.

Is the device plugged into PLUGNCHARGE not charging?

If the cable is already attached to the STATION without having any connected device, the STATION battery goes into standby mode. The battery enters power saving mode.
To awaken the PLUGNCHARGE from standby mode, just disconnect the cable and reinsert it. If there are more cables attached to the STATION, we recommend disconnecting them all and re-inserting them again.

Can the STATION be easily stolen?

No, an anti-theft cable with lock to be connected to the Station is available as an accessory.

Does a Warranty exist?

Yes. The Warranty does not cover damages caused by accident, misuse, use with components other than those supplied, normal wear, or unauthorized attempts at repair.

We will reimburse you for the entire amount using the same payment method that you used, minus our shipping expenses.

Where must claims regarding defective products be sent?

Send an e-mail to our Client Support Service at support@plugncharge.ch.
Claims regarding defective products must be sent within two working days of date of delivery.
Please include product purchase information (name of dealer, date of purchase, quantity purchased) and the sales receipt. The shipping costs are at your own expense.
The Manufacturer reserves the right to replace or repair products deemed defective at his own discretion. Due to its nature as an electronic device with components in continuous technical evolution, we reserve the right to replace the product with a similar or more recent version.
